Although it is not "fast food", one of my favorite restaurants in SF is Enjoy. Almost everything is vegan except the Chow Mein and they are really careful. I love the location on Kearny.
I did try that place once before. I thought it was pretty good. There is a place on O'Farrell called "Golden Era" which is Chinese vegetarian with many vegan options and most everything is really good (and cheap). It's crazy that they can even do things like salmon that are vegan. Check it out some time.
